At ADSTAVINDEC, we want you to love your stickers! If you're not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us first and provide proof (e.g. photos)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and unpeeled

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-returnable items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)

  • Orders past the 14-day window

  • Clearance or final sale items

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
